Tandoori Chicken


INGREDIENTS

  • 8-10 boneless, skinless chicken things
  • 4-5 Tbsp Tandoori Masala seasoning
  • 1 cup plain, non fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper, or to taste
  • Himalayan Black Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, taste to adjust salt and pepper.

Then add the chicken and marinate for at least 4 hours or up to 3 days in the fridge.

Grill on BBQ.
