Taco Meat


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp home made PacoTaco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes or 1, 6 oz jar of preserved tomatoes


Put a few tablespoons of olive oil in a large sauce pan, once hot add onions and PacoTaco seasoning.

Sautée until the onions begin to brown slightly.

Then add the rest of the veggies and cook down for 10 mins.

Once the veggies have become caramelized, add the ground meat and roast for 10-12 minutes.

Drain oil and serve.
