Classic Italian Meatballs


  • 2 lbs of meatloaf mix (ground beef, veal, pork)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cut grated medium yellow onion (squeezed)
  • 3 cloves minced garlic


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add the remaining ingredients. Gently combine but don’t overwork the meat because it will result in tough meatballs.

Form into golf ball sized balls and bake for 20 mins then add to the sauce.
