Tashi Massi’s MIND BLOWING Tandoori Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- 8-10 boneless, skinless chicken things
- 4-5 Tbsp Tandoori Masala seasoning
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp minced ginger
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper, or to taste
Serve with fresh limes and cilantro
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, taste to adjust salt and pepper.
Then add the chicken and marinate for at least 4 hours or up to 3 days in the fridge.
Grill on BBQ.
