White Fish Ceviche


  • 1 lb of white fish fillets, cut into 1/2 inch square pieces
  • Juice from 8 limes
  • 1 cup diced red onions
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp+ chopped jalapeños
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt


Place the raw fish pieces in a glass bowl and cover with salt and lime juice, the fish should be completely covered by lime juice.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Mix the onions, tomatoes, jalapeños and cilantro with olive oil and set aside until the fish is “cooked”.

The fish is done when it becomes opaque. If it is, remove the fish with a slotted spoon and add it to the marinated veggies. Save the lime juice and add according to your taste.
