Pico de Gallo


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups, roughly chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped white onion
  • 1tbsp diced jalapeño or more to taste
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt, or 1 teaspoon kosher salt

DIRECTIONS

Chop all ingredients and keep in non-reactive, glass bowl.
