Tzatziki


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, unpeeled and seeded
  • S&P
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or aioli mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • Juice from 1 lemon + zest
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh dill or dried, but add more if dried

DIRECTIONS

Grate the cucumber and toss with 1 tablespoon of salt squeeze in tea towel.

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours.
