Peanut Satay Dipping Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tsp Chia seeds (optional)
- 1 1″ piece ginger, peeled and minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Thai Chili chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients well to combine. If not thin enough, add warm water to thin and make creamy.
