Peanut Satay Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 1″ piece ginger, peeled and minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Thai Chili chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil 
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients well to combine. If not thin enough, add warm water to thin and make creamy.
