Savory cantaloupe salad


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cantaloupe, cut in to large pieces
  • 1/2 cup mint, slivered
  • Juice and zest from 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Jalapeño Himalayan salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Dice peeled cantaloupe.
  2. Whisk dressing together.
  3. Pour over cantelope.
  4. EAT!
