Chive Blossom Vinegar

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chive flowers
  • 1, 12 oz mason jar
  • Enough white vinegar to cover the blossoms

DIRECTIONS

Wash chive blossoms thoroughly being careful not to damage the blossoms. Let dry overnight on a paper towel.

Place the blossoms in the mason jar and cover with vinegar. Store in a cool dark place for 2-3 days until the vinegar begins to “blush”.
