Tzatziki
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, unpeeled and seeded
- S&P
- 1/2 cup sour cream or aioli mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- Juice from 1 lemon + zest
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh dill or dried, but add more if dried
DIRECTIONS
Grate the cucumber and toss with 1 tablespoon of salt squeeze in tea towel.
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours.
