Sichuan roasted Peanuts
INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz dry roasted unsalted peanuts or mixed nuts
- 2 Tbsp Everything but the Bagel seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Sichuan peppercorn
- 3 Thai peppers diced in large pieces
- 1 Tbsp Agave nectar
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 tsp Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well, until peanuts are nicely coated.
- Spoon the mixture on to the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake until nuts are toasted and have turned a lovley golden color, about 10-15 minutes, tossing once halfway through baking.
- Allow the nuts to cool on the pan for 15 minutes before transfering to a serving bowl or a container with a tight fitting lid for storage.
