Sichuan roasted Peanuts


INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz dry roasted unsalted peanuts or mixed nuts
  • 2 Tbsp Everything but the Bagel seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Sichuan peppercorn
  • 3 Thai peppers diced in large pieces
  • 1 Tbsp Agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well, until peanuts are nicely coated.
  3. Spoon the mixture on to the baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake until nuts are toasted and have turned a lovley golden color, about 10-15 minutes, tossing once halfway through baking.
  5. Allow the nuts to cool on the pan for 15 minutes before transfering to a serving bowl or a container with a tight fitting lid for storage.
