Raw Balls


  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate covered almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried dates or figs or prunes or raisins or cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate covered dried fruits
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or orange marmalade
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Combine all ingredients in a food processor, then form 1″-1 1/2″ balls. You can roll in coconut or crushed nuts. Store in fridge (for up to 10 days) or in the freezer (for up to a month).
