Raw Balls


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts or 1/2 cup dark chocolate covered almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried dates, figs or prunes
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds and hemp hearts (optional)
  • 2 tsp psyllium husk (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a NutriBullet or food processor.

Form 1 inch balls and refrigerate.

You can roll in coconut, crushed nuts or cocoa powder if you like.

Store in fridge (for up to 10 days) or in the freezer (for up to a month).
