Pico de Gallo
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups, roughly chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/3 cup finely chopped white onion
- 1tbsp diced jalapeño or more to taste
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt, or 1 teaspoon kosher salt
DIRECTIONS
Chop all ingredients and keep in non-reactive, glass bowl.
