Bean Salad with Chimichurri Sauce


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp Chimichurri Sauce
  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 red onion, diced

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

Let marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
