Roasted Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
- 4 medium potatoes, we like Yukon Gold or Red
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp granulated garlic
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 350F convection
- Wash and scrub potatoes
- Pierce each potato with a fork a few times all around
- Cook in microwave (I know I KNOW, but just do it), for 3 mins, then turn over (they will be burning hot) and cook for an additional 3 mins
- With oven mits on, place potatoes on cutting board and slice in to 4 wedges, you want big pieces like steak fries
- Season with olive oil, salt, baking soda and garlic, tossing gently
- Place on baking dish and bake for 25 mins
