Savory cantaloupe salad
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cantaloupe, cut in to large pieces
- 1/2 cup mint, slivered
- Juice and zest from 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Jalapeño Himalayan salt
DIRECTIONS
- Dice peeled cantaloupe.
- Whisk dressing together.
- Pour over cantelope.
- EAT!
