Oatmeal “Cookie” Bowl


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal 
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1 tsp honey, more if you like it sweeter

DIRECTIONS

Cook oatmeal according to package, I use Bob’s Red Mill Quick Cooking Oats, it can be done a day or so before and then reheated. Add all other ingredients, mix and serve hot.
