Morning Oats in a Jar


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/3 cup plain greek yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed mix
  • 1 tbsp chia seed

DIRECTIONS

Mix it up – pour over chopped fruit in a mason jar – put in fridge over night.  Morning yumminess!!!
