Herb Roasted Mixed Nuts
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups mixed nuts
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin seed
- 1/3 cup agave nectar
- 1 Tbs garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
- 5 sage leaves, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 convection
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Spread in single layer on stone baking pan or a cookie sheet lined with wax paper
- Bake on for 12 mins
- Let cool completely
Store in tightly closed container in your pantry for up to 2 weeks (if they last that long!)
