Herb Roasted Mixed Nuts


INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups mixed nuts
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seed
  • 1/3 cup agave nectar
  • 1 Tbs garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
  • 5 sage leaves, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 convection
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Spread in single layer on stone baking pan or a cookie sheet lined with wax paper
  4. Bake on for 12 mins
  5. Let cool completely

Store in tightly closed container in your pantry for up to 2 weeks (if they last that long!)
