INGREDIENTS 2 tbsp chili powder 2 tbsp ground cumin 2 tbsp paprika 1 ½ tsp onion flakes 1 ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tps cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp salt ½ tsp oregano DIRECTIONS Mix all spices together in a 12 oz Ball Jar.

Chili Lime Stone Chicken Thighs

INGREDIENTS 8-10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs Trader Joe’s® Chili Lime Seasoning DIRECTIONS Put oven rack in middle position and preheat to 375 degrees F, convection. Place thighs on the stone, I love the Pampered Chef Large Bar Pan. Sprinkle Trader Joe’s® Chili Lime Seasoning on the thighs and bake for 25 mins.   Serve with Dirty Arroz.
