Paco’s Picante
This is what you do with all of those GREEN TOMATOES at the end of the season!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 4 cups green tomatoes, any kind
- 2 heads garlic, peeled
- 1/4 cup salt, your favorite kind
- Mixed spicy peppers, up to you as far as what your heat preference is.
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in to a 6+ cup food processor. Process until preferred consistency is reached. Taste and adjust heat by adding either more peppers or more tomatoes.
Jar and use within 3 months, or jar and freeze up to 6 months.
