Lime Vinegar Dipping Sauce for Spring Rolls
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup seasoned rice vinegar (must be SEASONED)
- 1/4 cup palm sugar
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 2 Tbsp fish sauce
- 6 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 Thai chili’s, diced
DIRECTIONS
- Grab a 2-cup Pyrex measuring cup
- Dissolve palm sugar in hot water then add the rest of the ingredients
- Store in a 16 oz Ball Jar
This can stay in the fridge for up to 6 months
Serve with Spring rolls
