Lime Vinegar Dipping Sauce for Spring Rolls

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup seasoned rice vinegar (must be SEASONED)
  • 1/4 cup palm sugar
  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • 2 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 2 Thai chili’s, diced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Grab a 2-cup Pyrex measuring cup
  2. Dissolve palm sugar in hot water then add the rest of the ingredients
  3. Store in a 16 oz Ball Jar

This can stay in the fridge for up to 6 months
