Blueberry Goat Cheese cups


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 5 oz Chevre goat cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until blended well
  2. Spoon in to glasses and refrigerate for an hour
