Blueberry Goat Cheese cups
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 5 oz Chevre goat cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Process all ingredients in a food processor until blended well
- Spoon in to glasses and refrigerate for an hour
