Citrus Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large shallot, diced
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup Muscat Orange Champagne vinegar
  • Juice and zest from 1 lemon
  • Juice and zest from 1 lime
  • S+P

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients in a medium sized Mason Jar. Shake vigorously to blend.
