Avocado Chocolate Mousse
INGREDIENTS
- 4 ripe avocados
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1 cup honey or agave nectar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving topped with chocolate chips.
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
